30 Minutes with Workroom Tech: Episode 93 / Live from the Slipcover Summit

This episode of the Sew Much More Podcast: 30 Minutes with Workroom Tech was recorded live at Workroom Tech in Tryon, NC at the end of the first day of the 2024 Slipcover Summit.

Ceil DiGuglielmo and Susan Woodcock are joined by the Slipcover Summit teachers, Emily Pettit, Jonathan Bennett, and Jeanelle Dech. Listen to a fun conversation about slipcover methods, the teaching experience, and what it's like to make a slipcover side-by-side with other teachers.

Listen to this episode of the podcast here:

The Slipcover Summit included 2 days, 3 teachers and 16 attendees learning together as the teachers tackled 3 unique slipcover projects using furniture at the GreenLife Inn and fabrics from KLIMAKA Studios. This retreat weekend was a fun way to learn and enjoy the company of other slipcover makers. This will be an annual event! The 2025 Slipcover Summit will take place in Tryon, NC, in November of 2025.

Thank you to generous support from KLIMAKA Studios, The Curtains & Soft Furnishings Resource Library, and The Slipcover Network for helping to make this event possible.
