This warning tag is to be used for window coverings with a bead chain loop and tension device.  It is to be attached to the bead chain by the manufacturer (workroom) with an approved tension device before delivery to the customer. 
 
Do not reduce the size. 
 
Print on white cardstock. 
 
English and Spanish versions are both required.
