In this online class, you will learn how upholster a basic ottoman with a wrapped foam top, welt cord and skirt. This class uses a sewing machine and a staple gun - the best of both worlds!
Once you learn the basics, you can use the same techniques with different skirt styles.

This is a basic level upholstery course. You will need to know how to use a sewing machine and staple gun. Basic upholstery tools and supplies are needed to complete the project.
You will need: an ottoman base of your choice, fabric, foam, batting, spray adhesvie, curved needle and heavy thread, cambric or lining material, firm welt cord, and cardboard tack strip. You may need burlap webbing depending on your ottoman base.
