WT Online: Grommet Draperies with Blackout Lining and Interlining

Sewing draperies is a great skill to learn whether decorating your own home or as part of your custom workroom business.  In this class you will learn professional techniques to produce a quality product.
 
In this 3-week course you will complete a pair of interlined and blackout lined, grommet style draperies.  The class sample will be a pair of draperies, 1 width each side (or one 2 width panel if you choose) by 30 inches long with Hanes heavy flannel interlining and Outblack blackout lining with Rowley Company's professional quality snap-together grommets. (A grommet press is not needed).  You will provide your own face fabric – everything else is included in the project kit.

This is a beginner level professional course.  A basic understanding of sewing, and some general tools and supplies are needed to complete this project.  You will need: sewing machine, scissors, pins, iron, tape measure & ruler or yardstick, needles and thread.
